My commitment to producing true-to-type garlic seed is based on careful selection and isolation practices.
Seed is saved only from open-pollinated garlic grown beyond pollinating distance from related varieties. When there is any uncertainty, the seed is not saved.
Each year, my garlic becomes stronger as it adapts to my soil and growing conditions, without the use of synthetic pesticides or fungicides.

FQA about our Garlic and Shallots
When is the best time to plant garlic?
The best time to plant garlic is in the fall (late September to November), several weeks before the ground freezes, allowing roots to establish before winter dormancy, though spring planting (early as possible, by March/April) is also possible but yields smaller bulbs.
Do you do live teaching?
I do a speaking event with the local Master Gardeners in my area, and I also am a member of an annual seed swap in Liberty Kentucky.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship with USPS advantage. This provides you with a tracking number, and we ship from Kentucky. Normal business days is 3-7 business days. I will provide you a tracking number by email when your order ships.
