We stand by our garlic bulbs but, as a live, perishable product, returns are limited to protect quality. Report any issues within 10 days of receipt for prompt resolution.

Reporting Problems: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Take a photo of the issue (do not send until requested).
  2. Email us at [your email, e.g., bobbett@windstream.net] with a description. We’ll work to make it right, potentially via replacement, partial refund, or extra product. No returns for bulb size, as varieties clearly state expected sizes.

Cancellations:

Guarantee & Refunds: Garlic growth depends on variables like planting time, storage, soil, and care—we guarantee only healthy bulbs at shipment, not performance. Refunds processed within 30 days if applicable, minus shipping/fees. For payment-specific issues (e.g., PayPal disputes), contact us first. We comply with FTC refund rules for timely processing.
