Bulbs average 12+ cloves each in an artichoke (multi-layer) pattern. We also bake this garlic in summer and enjoy it spread on crackers with cheese. With proper care and some TLC, you should be able to grow these bulbs into some of your biggest and best stock!
This, along with Cherokee, are my two longest owned and grown garlic stock! That's why it pains me so much to tell you that I will no longer be selling or growing it after this season. It produced a lot of bulbs for me this season, but more than half of them were culinary sized ones.
There is *some* cracking this year. Also, the bulbs are not as white and pretty as in previous years due to a lot of rain.
I find Inchelium is VERY similar to Red Toch. So if one is sold out, try the other!
Quantities listed are for bulbs over 1.75" If you want smaller bulbs, they are listed as culinary bulbs and will measure less than 1.75" across.
