Welcome to my website showcasing the garlic I grow and sell as well as other products!

Thank you for all the wonderful past seasons, including 2023. Garlic for the 2024 will start selling on AUGUST 1, 2024.

For 2024's season, I have planted less garlic but have given them more space to grow. Hopefully that'll mean more of the bigger SEED bulbs and less culinary types. When I fill orders, the biggest bulbs are distributed first, so the earliest orders get the biggest bulbs. ALL garlic and shallot orders will BEGIN to ship a week AFTER Labor Day in September. I ship out on Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. If you need your garlic sooner than that, please contact me via email after you've placed your order.

Most non-garlic orders are shipped within a day or two of being placed unless I email you after you order to say otherwise.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER THIS YEAR! A lot of my garlic was subject to Witch's Broom this year. No one knows the true cause, but it's either environmental (rain) or perhaps too much nitrogen. Either way, it ruined more than half my crop of 6000 bulbs. As a consequence of either early Witch's Brooming OR just a lot of rainy conditions before harvest, a good portion of my seed bulbs (and some culinary as well) are what people refer to in the industry as CRACKED. That means that one side of the bulb is either opened or you can see a clove or two trying to push out. Some varieties did a lot of this (almost 50% of my crop) and some didn't do it at all (most Turbans are NOT cracked). Whatever % of cracked bulbs I kept in my inventory is noted in that bulb's description. Realize before ordering that you will get some cracked bulbs. All are fine for planting and/or eating.

ALL my garlic is sold by the half and whole pound. As in previous years, I will also sell bulbs a la carte if someone only wants one or two of a particular variety (just ask). Culinary bulbs are the small ones that most people prefer to eat rather than plant (although you can also plant them for GREEN GARLIC)!
