We've had a very hot and wet season towards the end this year, so it's taking me a bit longer to get all my garlic cleaned, sorted, sized, and weighed. When I fill orders, the biggest bulbs are distributed first, so the earliest orders get the biggest bulbs. I will start shipping by the end of August. If anyone needs their order sooner, please let me know via email immediately after you've placed your order.
Most non-garlic orders are shipped within a day or two of being placed.
For anyone who already knows my garlic, this year I have two new varieties to offer you (California Late & German Extra Hardy). ALL my garlic, except Elephant Garlic bulbs, are sold by the half and whole pound. As in previous years, I will also sell bulbs a la carte if someone only wants one or two of a particular variety. IF I have Culinary garlic available for a particular variety, you will see it listed. Culinary bulbs are the small ones that most people prefer to eat rather than plant (although you can also plant them for GREEN GARLIC)!
ELEPHANT GARLIC is only going to be sold by the LOOSE CLOVE later in the Fall *if* I have enough; 2018 was really rough on Elephant Garlic so my supply is SEVERELY limited. For anyone who places an order for soft or hard neck garlic and also wants elephant garlic cloves, you will have to place an order when the inventory is listed. I will split the shipping costs of the elephant garlic with you and refund back the overcharges through PayPal.
JERUSALEM ARTICHOKES I hope to have on sale in October or November of this year if there's a good crop.
