Nootka Rose Garlic

A mild to hot (but not too hot) garlic with many cloves in multi-layers. Larger bulbs can have up to 20 cloves! Long on flavor but short on burn is how it's been described. Silverskins are the last to mature in the season, and they store a long time. Tight skins and a very bright, white exterior. They're excellent for braiding!
