LORZ ITALIAN - seed bulbs

Lorz Italian Garlic is a very flavorful and robust soft neck artichoke-type variety that will tolerate the summer heat well. This garlic produces large, flat-round bulbs with easy-to-peel skin, making it popular for many chefs. The Lorz Italian has a spicy, hot flavor that is perfect for roasting.

This is a great garlic for beginners.

An excellent braider, too.

Similar to my Susanville, about 30% of this variety will be cracked bulbs.
