I received very large cloves for the money. I normally buy food grade garlic from another garlic house and now I prefer the product from the farm. A lot of food garlic smells dusty, this garlic smells so fresh, with a celery freshness to it. I never knew cured garlic could smell like fresh garlic. I’m really curious how he does this.
Onto the garlic, it has a light fresh flavor that is perfect for using raw. I haven’t cooked with it because I prefer a stronger garlic for cooking.
