Description
Red Toch Garlic
Originates from the Republic of Georgia in the former USSR. It’s considered a delightful garlic with not too much heat when eaten raw. This garlic variety produces 12 to 18 cloves in a typical bulb.
This is a many-layered artichoke variety of garlic that can get very, very big in ideal conditions. I have found it very similar to Inchelium. Every year except this year it has done better for me than Inchelium. I always suggest this variety when I sell out of Inchelium. You won’t be disappointed if you give it a try!
