Unknown Spanish Garlic

A beautifully LARGE artichoke variety of soft neck garlic. I found my first bulbs in a high-end supermarket that imports organic products from other countries. The manager confirmed that this variety came directly from Spain. When I first bought the bulbs, they were four per pound!!! They were THAT huge.

Culinary

Mild flavor. Super sweet when baked. Each bulb has a zillion cloves.
