UNKNOWN SPANISH - culinary bulbs

A tremendous artichoke variety of garlic directly from Spain If you can mimic Spain's climate, these bulbs have the potential to size up to 1/4# each!!!

Mild flavor. Super sweet when baked. Each bulb has a zillion cloves.

There was a good % of cracked and split bulbs with this variety, so expect 40-50% to be that way.
