DUE TO A COMPLETE CROP FAILURE THIS YEAR, MORADO WILL BE DISCONTINUED. IT HAD A GOOD RUN, BUT LONG TERM IT DID NOT LIKE MY GROWING CONDITIONS.
Morado is a turban garlic in some parts of the world and a Spanish hard neck in others. For me it was a soft neck when I received it, and has slowly morphed into a mostly hard neck variety. Regardless of its true origin, this is a VERY FIRM BULB!
Due to SEVERE Witch's Brooming and other environmental factors this year, I have no inventory. That also means I have none to replant.
This is my longest storing garlic!
Seed bulbs are at least 1.75" across. Anything smaller is listed as culinary bulbs
